I started in logistics operations in the US, dispatching trucks and untangling messy ERP data. Then I moved into SAP consulting: two years at Lidl working on SAP TM and international rollouts across the US and Europe, followed by warehouse and transport projects at 4flow.
At 4flow, I got involved in selecting and rolling out an internal AI tool. I still manage the product side: roles and permissions, training, use cases, compliance, and new features. I also build my own RAG tools, evaluations, and automations to understand the technical side better.
I'm also a dad, which is why half the projects here were built for my daughter. I play pickup basketball on Mondays and write mostly to figure out what I actually think.
